Brewing Kombucha

Using a stored kombucha SCOBY, I made a fresh batch of our favorite fermented tea drink.
Once fermented this tea is bubbly and high in probiotics making it a great drink to naturally support gut health.
This batch will be ready after a couple weeks.

If you are needing a SCOBY to get started on your first brew check back in a month or so and mine will be ready to split again.
