Service Description

The travel surcharge covers fuel costs and travel time. I am willing to travel up to 30 miles from Bob's Valley Market. Charging a travel surcharge allows me to keep my care packages prices lower, as the travel fee is based on each customer's location rather than added into every care package regardless of travel time and expenses. Every visit will incur a travel surcharge based on roundtrip travel from my home, located very close to Bob's Valley Market, in Helena's North Valley. 0 - 9 miles roundtrip $6 10 - 25 miles roundtrip $12 26 - 35 miles roundtrip $15 36 - 45 miles roundtrip $24 46 - 60 miles roundtrip $33

Cancellation Policy

$25 Booking Deposit is required upon confirmation of booking dates. Booking deposit is refundable with 14 days cancellation notice. A free Critter Care Consultation is required for all new clients at least 2 days prior to scheduled service. A signed Critter Care Service Contract will be required for all clients. The balance of services is due on first day of scheduled service.
